Our AI engine verifies most documents in under 30 seconds. Workers simply upload a photo or scan from any device and the result — Green, Amber or Red — is returned almost instantly.

How does it work for non-construction businesses?

The verification process works identically across all sectors. Workers submit their credentials, ForWorkers verifies them instantly and delivers Green, Amber or Red status with a permanent audit trail.

Is my data secure?

Yes. For Workers Ltd is registered with the ICO (ZC108841) and operates fully under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Documents are processed for verification and not stored beyond the processing period.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes — ForWorkers is fully mobile optimised. Workers can upload documents by taking a photo directly on their phone. No app download required.

What happens if a document fails verification?

The worker receives a Red status and you are immediately notified. The worker cannot proceed on site until a valid document is uploaded and verified. All failed verifications are also recorded on the permanent audit trail.

What is the Continuity Pool?

The Continuity Pool is a network of pre-verified, opt-in workers who have already had their credentials checked. When you need cover at short notice you can mobilise a compliant worker immediately — no delay.

What will happen after I join the waitlist?

What if I need more verifications than my plan allows?
